Angela Maher, Acumen Financial Partnerships Managing Director recently featured in the Liverpool Echo giving her expert opinion on Pensions.
Angela admits that the topic of pensions is one to be avoided at a dinner party! Pensions represent about 60% of the workload for clients of the Maghull-based Acumen Financial Partnership, therefore Acumen’s Financial Adviser’s are certainly experts on the topic of pensions.
Angela goes on to say:
“The rules are quite complicated and if you get it wrong it could be a problematic issue, but if you get it right you can get a pot of assets that, up until now, have been closed off to you – a bit like having a safe and not having a key”
